Description
Step into the Wild West with this t-shirt featuring horsey pedaling round the town. The Wild West, really called The Old West, dates back to the period after the Civil War and continues up to the early part of the 20th Century. Stories abound of brave souls, from outlaws and gunfighters to the American Cowboys who travelled the frontier on their trusted horses. Some were just trying to get from one place to another, some were in search of treasures, while others were carrying out justice.
Geographically, the Wild West refers to those states west of the Mississippi River, although at one time the Mid West was sort of a wild west, but not so wild!
Legends come to life with Wild West artwork, created by Tucson artist Ned Schaper. The scenic image portrays one of the many stories from the land of Beveldom, a modern-day frontier town made completely from junk, also by kinetic artist and performer Ned Schaper, using relics from the industrial age’s consumer culture.
